The lower levels will house commercial spaces (ground floor and 1st floor) and offices (2nd to 4th floor), while leisure spaces will be arranged on the ground floor and rooftop terrace. The latter will be equipped with solar panels to provide part of the building's electrical supply. The project also includes 90 underground parking spaces.
