With an ever-growing population, the demand for housing remains immense. At SIC, we have made this a priority, developing innovative and large-scale solutions. We have integrated an approach based on public-private partnerships (PPP) and project companies (SPV) to strengthen our financing capacity. <br \/><br \/>At the same time, we have introduced high-end construction, not only to support the social sector, but also to generate resources that will enable us to self-finance and reduce reliance on public funding.
