This presentation, which attracted new partners, was one of the highlights of the Economic Forum, held on May 23. It took place on the sidelines of the 18th edition of the Mediterranean Building Exhibition (MEDIBAT), held from May 21 to 24, 2025. In addition to its active participation, this event brought together stakeholders from the construction industry and related services around the theme: “Strengthening Public-Private Partnership in the Building and Infrastructure Sector.” Sustainable Solutions Thus, in a quest for innovative and sustainable solutions, an audience comprising 300 exhibitors and representatives from about thirty countries who flocked to this event shared their experiences. To guide them, the panels were enhanced by the presence of various architecture specialists. Among them were Mr. Habib Hammami, President of the Sfax International Chamber of Commerce, the President of the Mining, Industry and Public Works section of Ccima (Cameroon), the President of the Traders Association of Nigeria Abia State Chapter, and the national focal point for AfCFTA\/COMESA. Le Mfoundi Residence Facing these real estate professionals, SIC also presented the sales terms for Le Mfoundi Residence, one of the real estate complexes aimed at reducing the social housing deficit. At the end of these four days of the MEDIBAT Exhibition, SIC left its real estate mark during the exhibitions, the Scientific Forum, the Entrepreneurship Forum, the Tunisian-Algerian-Tunisian Forum (Fetal), and the business meetings. A wide range of business and investment opportunities allowed it to expand its networks and find new markets on the African continent. Hence the theme of this session: \u201cAt the Heart of Africa\u201d."}
