Under the watchful eye of the First Lady, Mrs. Chantal Biya, the women of the Cameroon Real Estate Company (SIC), gathered within the SIC Women’s Club, participated in the grand parade on March 8th. Synchronized and elegant, they paraded not only to celebrate International Women’s Day but also to affirm their central role in urban development and real estate in Cameroon.
Female Top Management Honored

SIC, through its top management, demonstrates its commitment to female leadership. Several women hold strategic positions within general management, illustrating a governance that values expertise and performance. This parade thus highlighted these female executives who, driven by the General Manager, Dr. Ahmadou Sardaouna, actively participate in the modernization of the company.
While real estate and engineering have long been dominated by men, the women of SIC prove that times have changed. Engineers, architects, environmentalists, IT specialists, or administrators, they participate in housing design, city management, resource optimization, and digital transformation. Their presence on Boulevard du 20 Mai this March 8th reflected the recognition of their key role in the company’s strategic vision. In the same spirit, the women from regional delegations marked this day through various local initiatives.
