SIC Always Attentive to its Tenants

How to ensure effective consistency in the SIC-client relationship? To this question, SIC’s top management applies three types of responses: first, listening to tenant complaints; second, working together continuously; third, always keeping in mind ‘the commitment to better housing’ for Cameroonian citizens.

To this end, any setting is suitable for gathering and addressing client concerns. On March 12, 2025, while busy chairing a technical monitoring meeting for the rehabilitation work on buildings in the Low Zone (buildings T, U, V, W, Z) located in the Cité Verte district in Yaoundé, the General Director of SIC, Dr. Ahmadou Sardaouna, created a platform for tenants to express themselves. Issues related to deadlines, questions about the quality of the work, and expectations regarding support: all these grievances found an attentive ear with the head of SIC.

Demonstrating a strong resolve to combine speed and efficiency, Dr. Ahmadou Sardaouna was quick to react. During the session, he instructed corrective measures and proposed immediate solutions to address the identified obstacles, while reaffirming SIC’s commitment to strictly adhere to the announced deadlines.
