SIC, a Stakeholder in REP-CO 2025

“SIC on a mission in Paris as part of REP-CO 2025”. Such a statement positions the Société Immobilière du Cameroun (SIC) in an active role. Active in its value chain through meetings with clients, partners, or suppliers. Active internally: teams must embrace the project, and a continuous approach of expansion and extension for the Cameroonian real estate sector must be adopted. This is how the significance of SIC’s participation in the France-Belgium-Cameroon Parliamentary Economic Mission is outlined.

During the official opening ceremony, which took place in the ceremonial hall of the Cameroonian Embassy in France on April 10, 2025, H.E. Magnus Ekoumou, the host, stated that “the France-Belgium-Cameroon Parliamentary Economic Mission, organized by the Parliamentary Network for Diaspora, Decentralized and Cross-border Cooperation (REP-CO), serves as a business fair”.

For this reason, SIC, highly visible in the French capital, has committed itself to a coordinated and strategic framework. Addressing members of the Cameroonian community, business leaders, project initiators, and diaspora associations from Cameroon in France, the company sought to showcase its expertise and attract strategic partnerships around four major areas: the promotion of Résidence Le Mfoundi, the presentation of mature real estate projects seeking financing, participation in B2B meetings with international investors and economic players, and the facilitation of skills and technology transfer to Cameroon.

After the Paris leg, which ran from April 8 to 12, 2025, the mission will continue in Brussels from April 14 to 18, 2025.
