Having a feel for an event is not entirely unfamiliar to SIC’s business experience. What has been stated thus far suffices to justify the company’s presence at pivotal events.
SIC therefore caught wind of the 2nd edition of the African Building and Related Trades Exhibition (AFRIBAT) 2025, held from April 1st to 6, 2025 in Douala. Through the contacts generated by this Exhibition, SIC took the opportunity to explore the market and “snag contracts”. For Dr. Ahmadou Sardaouna, SIC’s participation in the AFRIBAT 2025 Exhibition was not merely confined to the buzz experienced over a few days. To this end, the General Manager discussed tools to identify SIC’s objectives. These are primarily defined as sharing experiences, promoting ongoing projects such as the Mfoundi Residence, and seeking technical and financial partners for the mass production of decent housing.
SIC’s active participation in AFRIBAT 2025 demonstrates its commitment to sustainable urban development and the modernization of the Cameroonian real estate landscape. Thanks to its notable presence, the public company intends to strengthen its cooperation with industry stakeholders and present its innovative solutions in construction and development. As the operational arm of the State in the real estate sector, SIC leveraged this platform to showcase its ongoing projects, mobilize investors, and accelerate real estate development in Cameroon.
