A site visit followed by a strategic steering and coordination meeting. On March 5, 2025, all those well-acquainted with the evolving reality of Résidence Le Mfoundi are involved. Leading the list are SIC’s General Manager, Dr. Ahmadou Sardaouna, and his deputy, Faustin Clovis Noudjeu.
They are there for several reasons: to assess the progress of the work; to gauge the conformity of the achievements with the defined technical and architectural requirements; and to monitor budget expenditure and project timelines.
On all points, a range of recommendations was adopted. In their wording, these recommendations are structured by the same ambition: to equip the site with all the attributes of SIC’s flagship project. That is why particular emphasis is placed on resource optimization and the seamless coordination of various trades.
Similarly, the recommendations emphasize the technical and logistical constraints inherent in the Résidence Le Mfoundi project. One recommendation particularly emphasizes the timely connection of Résidence Le Mfoundi to water, electricity, and telecommunications networks.
