"The Bonadoumbé" Residence will be a high-rise building (2 basements + ground floor + 14 floors) located in Bonapriso, on the site of the current SIC Regional Delegation in Douala. It will include 40 upscale apartments (T4 and T5) with areas ranging from 120 to 163 m², distributed between floors 5 to 14. The lower levels will house commercial spaces (ground floor and 1st floor) and offices (2nd to 4th floor), while leisure spaces will be arranged on the ground floor and rooftop terrace. The latter will be equipped with solar panels to provide part of the building's electrical supply. The project also includes 90 underground parking spaces.
