Mboa Paris Festival 2025: “Le Mfoundi” Opens to the Diaspora

This 152-apartment real estate complex located in Yaoundé was at the heart of the 1st Business and Socio-Cultural Exhibition in May 2025.

A team dedicated to real estate development.

To the diaspora and international investors, SIC seizes every opportunity to promote Cameroon’s real estate potential. A mission accomplished during the 1st edition of the Mboa Paris Exhibition, with Fatimatou Ousmanou Samba as its founder-president.

The agenda for this business and socio-cultural exhibition, held from May 28 to 31, included round tables, workshops, and conferences. Adorned in SIC’s colors, the exhibition booth, among the 2500 set up, teemed with stakeholders from the public and private construction and housing sectors. As visitors passed by, SIC unveiled its new vision, resolutely focused on international expansion. The delegation also presented key projects to the diaspora and European partners. The interest shown in SIC’s upcoming projects is proof that real estate is a cornerstone in the country’s economic and social development.

Technical and Financial Partnerships

For days, this exhibition served as a showcase for the marketing of the “Le Mfoundi” residence. It is a high-end real estate complex of 152 apartments located in the Hippodrome district, in Yaoundé. With a view to attracting more residents, the General Manager, Dr. Ahmadou Sardaouna, clarified for many stakeholders the accessibility options for all social strata. The round table on: “How can the Cameroonian diaspora in Europe be a driver of Cameroon’s economic transformation through structuring investments” attracted a host of institutions. To freely debate alongside Dr. Ahmadou Sardaouna were important figures from the business world, including the General Manager of CCA Bank, Marguerite Fonkwem, Rebecca Enonchong, CEO of APP Stech, and the Chairman and CEO of Moulin de France, Henry Fokwen.

An outward-looking approach that promises much in terms of technical and financial partnerships for future real estate operations and the massive involvement of the diaspora in these projects.
