Marketing is often equated with communication, or even advertising. However, the marketing approach primarily involves developing an offer that meets consumer expectations, at the heart of which is a product or service. SIC followed this approach from February 26 to 27, 2025, during the first edition of the REC (Cameroon Economic Meetings). Under the leadership of its General Manager, Dr. Ahmadou Sardaouna, the company chose this major business and economic gathering to optimize the competitiveness of its various products.

Among these is “The Mfoundi Residence”, a complex comprising 152 high-standard rooms and apartments at the Hippodrome locality in Yaoundé. Another significant product: 140 turnkey housing units in Ekoko 2 near Nsimalen, in the southern suburb of Yaoundé.

As highlighted by Dr. Ahmadou Sardaouna during the REC, SIC aims to build 3,000 housing units between 2024 and 2026. In detail, these include 291 housing units in Cité Verte (Yaoundé), 432 in Maroua, 538 in Garoua, and 276 in Sangmélima. Also included is the rehabilitation of the Kotto (Douala), Palmiers (Douala), Buéa, Garoua, and Maroua estates.
