Transparency. The term is a constant refrain at SIC. On March 20, 2025, for a session dedicated to the allocation of social housing at the SIC Bockle camp (Garoua 3rd district), Dr. Ahmadou Sardaouna (Director General of SIC) and his team used objective criteria to report on the process.
During the proceedings, in which several high-ranking local administrative officials and representatives from various sectoral administrations (Mindhu, Mindcaf, Minas…) participated, the Director General of SIC and his team highlighted selection criteria (socio-professional category, gender, age, among others) in order to rule on the profile of those “admitted” to the apartments at the SIC Bockle Camp.
The session was preceded by a visit to evaluate the facilities on this site, which was built as part of the Triennial Emergency Program (Planut).
