The project to build an industrial base in Mfou is part of SIC’s strategy to industrialize housing production in Cameroon. This base will host, among other things, a prefabrication unit for modern materials, facilitating the large-scale construction of both social and high-standard housing, while reducing costs and construction time. Located in a strategic area, it serves as a key driver to support SIC’s major real estate projects in the Centre region and beyond.
