The renovation project for SIC's Nlongkak housing estate in Yaounde plans to build approximately 1,500 housing units of varying standards (upscale, middle-class and social)to transform an urban area facing significant deterioration / in order to revitalize an urban site in advanced deterioration. It also includes collective and leisure facilities such as a kindergarten, a clubhouse with swimming pool, sports fields, shopping centers (including one accessible to the public), a tennis court and green spaces. Located in the heart of the city, on two land titles belonging to SIC (nearly 5 hectares in total), the project is in the phase of finalizing complementary technical studies.
