The Pizzarotti project, in partnership with the Italian company Impresa Pizzarotti & C. S.p.A., marks a major milestone in SIC's ambition to mass-produce social housing in Cameroon. It plans to build 10,000 social housing units and their socio-cultural facilities in Yaounde and its surroundings. As project owner, SIC leads the implementation of this structural program, whose first phase includes 224 housing units currently under construction in Ekoko II and the installation of an industrial base in Nkolmeyos, dedicated to prefabrication. This project embodies the commitment to modernize housing while addressing social urgency.
