The project plans to build a SIC housing estate of 276 units of varying standards in Etounlinga, on the outskirts of Sangmelima. It includes 23 buildings of 4 floors (R+3) containing social, middle-class and upscale housing, as well as 8 individual upscale houses. The estate will be equipped with essential infrastructure such as a branch office, police station, health center, public kindergarten and primary school, water tower, sewage treatment plant, sports facilities and shops. The site, covering an area of 5 hectares 46 a 46 ce, is connected to the city center by the P7 road.
