SCI‑Pizzarotti project

A sustainable solution to the social housing shortage
SIC is partnering with the Italian company Impresa Pizzarotti & C. S.p.A. to carry out an emblematic project: the construction of 10,000 social housing units and their sociocultural facilities in Yaoundé and its surroundings, together with the establishment of an industrial base in Nkolmeyos for the prefabrication of new housing.This project is fully in line with the mass production vision adopted by SIC, directly aligned with the Government Social Housing Program and the objectives of the SND30. The ultimate goal is to modernize housing in Cameroon and reduce the deficit estimated at 2 million housing units.
